Monday Schmonday

Good morning :)

My weekend was a fairly quiet one. In RL I played with my little one (the older one spent the night at a friends), did housework and had dinner at Mom's on Sunday night. Saturday night I was in bed and asleep by 9:30...I was just really tired. At church Sunday morning the minister gave an awesome sermon about friendship. The question we have to ask ourselves is, "Is anyone better off for having known me?" I think that's such a powerful question. If I can't answer yes, that I've made a positive difference in someone else's life, I still have a lot of work to do. I don't know what it was about the message that hit me, but I've been turning it over in my head...it's given me a lot to think about.

In SL...Friday night I spent a little time at Tata Island, then I hung out with Sofia. We always have a BLAST together. We talked for a while in my condo, then in her house, and then we started to explore. We ended up at the Anomations store where we tried every dance and pose they have...it was a lot of fun. We ended up hanging out until 2:00am.

Saturday morning I spent an hour or so as my child avi and playing with my little one. She loves it when I do that. We took lil' Briggy (that's what Emmy calls her) on a bicycle ride through a pretty garden sim. And I had to set my heart poofer off every few minutes to make her happy. :)

Sunday afternoon I hung out with Metal for a while. He needed a friend to talk to, so I kept him company while he made rugs. Calls himself Omar the Rug Maker now...LOL. My husband logged in so we spent some time hangin out together. He bought N a new faerie outfit. I posted a snap of it on Snapzilla. Sunday night I logged in to find that my bedroom furniture was missing from my condo. Probably an SL glitch...occasionally things disappear. SUCKS! I went to the yard and chatted with Lys and Faust for about 30 minutes, gave Metal a grand tour of Walden, then called it a day.
