Welcome to a new week!

No classes on the calendar for me again this week so I plan to spend a few days working in our business unit, getting my hands dirty and learning their latest processes and procedures. When class comes around again I'll be ready!

My weekend wasn't bad...it improved a LOT yesterday when the bug I was fighting FINALLY went away. I spent some time at the park with Emmy, watched a few videos and played SL. It was quiet and relaxing.

It was funny...in SL, Travis picked up some kind of traveling machine. Up to five people can sit in it, and it takes you to different sims at random...you never know where you're going to end up. Anyway, we were playing around with it yesterday, and seven of the ten times we rode the thing, we ended up under water...LOL. It was so funny. (ok, maybe you had to be there...but I was laughing about it).

I also enjoyed listening to DJ IronGut this weekend, despite his frequent outburts of singing. LOL! He did a great job and you could tell he was really enjoying it. Before long I'm sure he'll have quite a following. I'm very happy for him :)
