Another Week Come And Gone

I have no idea where this week went. I think I spent most of it in a cold medicine daze. LOL

I needed a change of scenery in SL, so last night I checked out a few different places. I ended up spending most of the evening at House of Tunes. House of Tunes is a Blues club. The music is awesome and the atmosphere is incredible. The weathered red brick wall texture and weathered wood floors made it look like a converted warehouse. There are posters of various artists on the walls. The top floor has a bar and a few wall posters. You can see a pic of me and my martini here. The basement contains another bar, the dance floor a guitar shop and access to the back porch. I enjoyed it very much.

The people at HoT last night seemed friendly. I talked with the group at large and I danced a little bit with a Goth Pirate Werewolf named Suriehl (I think that's how you spell his name). He was complaining that his friends are all Goth Pirate Vampires and they pick on him for being a werewolf instead. *LOL* It takes all kinds.

After I left HoT I went to The PMG Cafe and spent about 15 minutes visiting with Mir and Aiyana. I wanted to see what Lys did with the Junkyard for her theme night, but when I got there she was already gone and the decorations were down. There were only a few people left, so I went back to my condo to chill for a few before logging off. That was my evening.

I don't have any big plans for the weekend. My girls didn't have school today, so my Mom picked Emmy up this morning and is going to keep her overnight. Kathleen is spending the weekend at a friends house.
