Happy Friday!

I had the best time in SL last night. I dunno what it was...I didn't do anything new, or go anywhere new. I logged in around 9:30 and went to the House of Tunes to hear some blues. The music selection last night was awesome.

There were two couples dancing when I arrived, Geo and a girl whose name I can't remember and Duck and Vic. I sat at one of the tables relaxing and getting lost in the music. I was so zoned that I didn't notice when Vic left and Duck came and sat with me at the table. We'd never met before so we chatted a bit then got up to dance. He is a hoot! Funny with a streak of mischief. While we were dancing his business associate Jax arrived in full Star Wars rebel army gear. LOL. Apparently I freaked him out because he said for some reason I kept looking at him and my avatar's eyes were following him. He must be paranoid, because it wasn't anything I was doing. LOL

While we were dancing Iron logged in. He and Stormy headed over to HoT to dance and listen to the music. It was just so much fun talking and joking with them and the group at large. Other people we knew came and went as the night progressed. I really don't know what it was...maybe just the right combination of great people, lots of laughter and great music, but the night just felt right.

Anyway, back to work for me. For those of you slacking today (and you know who you are) enjoy your day off. I love you anyway. ;)
