The vampire roamed the streets of Transylvania, alone and invisible, unnoticed by everyone. She stayed in the shadows as she explored, watching and waiting. She wandered through the maze of catacombs under the city, looking for a lost soul to feed on. But there was no one there.
She wandered into the DNA Cafe where she pole danced behind a glass case. She sat at the bar and enjoyed a glass of absinthe. Fortified, she wandered back into the catacombs, looking for an exit into another part of the city.
She explored the cemetary, reading the headstones and listening to the voices of the dead. She slipped silently through the fog and came upon a crypt, stopping to rest inside the coffin within.
The vampire flew into the air, the tails of her coat flowing behind her, and made her way to the shopping district. The map showed there were beings congregating there tonight, and she went in search of a victim. Alas, all the dots on the map were the undead...no fresh blood in sight.
As she strolled the streets, looking into the shops, she was followed at a distance by two bats, master and slave. They were curious and distrustful, wondering what this stranger was doing in their city. As the vampire browsed inside the shops, the bats would occassionally wander into her location, silently circling her, alert and watchful. Eventually they bored of toying with her and flew off into the night.
Finally, tired of her solitary existence, the vampire IMd a friend and went to visit him at Fangs, the new club he was playing at (coincidentally, a converted vampire castle). The vampire enjoyed the music and the company for a short time, then she logged off to curl up in the comfort of her coffin and sleep, dreaming dreams about the intriguing visions her friend had shared with her that day.
Have a wonderful day!
