Sweetness

Welcome to Monday. I hope your day has been painless so far. :)

The weekend flew by. I didn't do much. Emmy was sick all weekend so we spent most of our time on the couch; snuggling, watching videos, reading stories and talking. Despite how bad she was feeling (poor girl's fever spiked at 103.3 at one point) she was still in sweet spirits, just as loving and happy as she usually is. I am so blessed to call her mine. I absolutely melted last night when I tucked her in. She looked up at me with her big, brown eyes and said, "Mommy, you always make my heart happy". OMG...how precious is that?

It's funny, Emmy and Kat are ususally sniping at each other like cats and dogs, but while Emmy was sick she was mellow. She kept snuggling with her sister and telling her she loved her. They were so sweet together, it's hard to believe they were the same two sisters. The girls are on spring break this week so they're spending time with my parents. I know they'll have fun.

I didn't spend much time in SL over the weekend. I shopped with friends, danced a bit Saturday night at a new club called The Blue Moon, and hung around and talked with a couple friends. The Blue Moon is very similar to The Blue Note in that it's formal and it plays the same type of music. It's a pretty build.
