Happy Monday!

I had a pretty good weekend. Kathleen spent the weekend at a friends house. The house was quiet without her there (and I don't mean that in a bad way).

Saturday I spent a lot of time hanging out with Emily and fiddling around on the computer. I caught up on the news, shot off a few emails and updated my profile page on Kaneva. Saturday night I logged into SL and wandered around by myself, exploring the Secret Reflections sim. It's another nature sim created by Luna Bliss...her work is always amazing. It had a mountain with a boardwalk going up the side, some gorgeous waterfalls, hidden caves and a park area. It was really very pretty. I spent about two hours there before I logged off.

Sunday I went to church. We stayed late for a Children's Ministry lunch and meeting. We got home around 2:30. I logged into SL while Emmy took her nap. I started to explore Cornwall UK. I spent about an hour and a half there. I was about to logoff when Metal IM'd me. He was with Ily, and he wanted me to come see Ily's new avi. She created a Cobra avatar. It was really neat, and very realistic, including slithery snake movements. She is so creative. I spent about ten minutes admiring her avi before logging off.

After Emmy's nap we watched a couple videos, played and did some housework...typical Sunday stuff. Sunday night I logged back into SL around 10:00. I met taco at The Blarney Stone where we danced and talked for a while. He is such a nut. After the Blarney Stone he showed me his house. It's asian styled, and very nice. We watched a little tv, danced a little more, then I logged off at midnight.
